If you've been to a FOLLIES GIRLS show you've most likely heard and remembered the incredible artistry of Charm Chartreuse. Originally in the OOH OOH REVUE with Nipsy, when this incarnation of THE FOLLIES GIRLS came back to life, she was lovingly welcomed back "home". In that time, she's been a phenomenal dancer, a true stellar talent with her singing, and has opened her heart and time to helping others as a vocal and dance/act coach as well as a choreographer who brings such fun and sexy numbers to the plate for our ADVANCED JAZZ TEAM. She's unforgettable, when you meet her and once you've heard her sing...you'll understand why I'm writing this today.
Sometimes we all need an extra hand to get where we are SUPPOSED to be. I have had the privilege to watch this woman continue to push forward no matter what, I've seen her triumphs and I've seen some of her sorrows. There is a light inside her that is destined to help women become even more and greater - I've watched it. Choreographing and performing for The Follies Girls has only cemented the reality for me that she is truly meant to help others find their light, and she could really use the extra push to get over the finish line. PLEASE if you can, help in a time where so much is hard out there, this would be doing good I assure you...and if you can't donate please please share this far and wide. Her hard work shows and she deserves the opportunity to finish her education and be doing the work she's meant to do in this world.
